PROJECT muffle kilns with a chamber volume of 70-80 liters are an excellent choice for potters who fire fairly large items. These can be both large-diameter plates (we recommend in in this case, turn to a 70-liter wide oven), and high vases and jugs (in this case, an 80-liter oven is an excellent choice.

Many potters use 70-80 liter muffle furnaces at home (naturally, for this you need to make sure that the required amount of kW is present at the planned installation site of the furnace). But still, kilns of this size are the most popular first of all in potteries across the country, due to the combination of large space in the chamber for various products, relatively low consumption (our muffle kilns operate on 220V) and the minimum temperature gradient in the chamber (temperature difference from above and below the chamber). Most users of ovens of this size share the space of the chamber with 2-3 loaves.

Also, an important advantage of stoves 70-80 liters, consuming 5.5 kW is that they use heating elements made of thicker eurofechral with a diameter of 2.5 mm. This means a longer furnace life before coil replacement, compared to smaller furnaces using smaller diameter eurofechral. Project 90l muffle furnaces are primarily aimed at working with large-sized products. We produce square, deep and tall sizes.

The energy consumption of this furnace is as low as possible (7 kW) and adapted for use in pottery workshops, and not factory conditions.

Our 90 liter muffle furnaces are available with 220V or 380V connection and consume 7 kW. This is a rather large value for a single-phase (220V) network, but at the same time it is acceptable. The connection must be carried out without fail according to the manufacturer's instructions, in order to be guaranteed and without failures to work.
