We note that in describing the requirements for furnaces, we were guided by the prevailing stereotypes. In fact, we often come across how completely different furnaces are successfully used in all areas. Below, we will try to give some examples: 2 Years ago, we received an order for the manufacture of three muffle laboratory furnaces with a very interesting task. 2 furnaces were to reach a temperature of 900, and one furnace to 1100 degrees and continuously maintain this temperature for a whole year. 12 Months, 365 days, 8760 hours of continuous oven operation at a sufficiently high temperature. To connect a muffle electric furnace, it is unacceptable to use ordinary household household sockets. This may cause fire and unstable operation of the thermostat. Power plugs and sockets are used for ovens (they are supplied with the oven). The connection is required to be made from the switchboard with a solid cable, with a cross section of 6 squares. It is preferable to use stranded wires (PVA, PVSU) if the wire does not imply rigid fixation in a strobe or cable channel. We honestly answer everyone that no manufacturer of furnaces can name the real service life of heating elements, because. it is influenced by a very large number of variables: firing programs (setting speed, holding times, temperatures of steps in the program, maximum temperature), loading of the furnace chamber, properties of the material being fired, accuracy of loading / unloading, air humidity in the room where the furnace is installed, etc. . The lining of the furnace can be additionally treated with a special fixing impregnation, which will protect the plates from mechanical impact when loading or unloading the furnace. Primary lining with SHVPKh boards provides an almost unlimited number of heating and cooling cycles. Even if you accidentally damage the slabs when loading or unloading the oven, there are a large number of different repair mortars for restoring SHVPKh 550 material.
An important feature of our lining materials is safety. When heated or cooled, no gases (including organics) are emitted from them; during operation, the stove is absolutely safe for breathing and does not emit any harmful substances. How is self-pickup done?

Self-pickup is possible on any day of the week and at any time. We are well aware that there are no traffic jams at night, and on weekends or holidays you have free time. But we ask you to notify us in advance before your arrival, as we must have time to properly pack the oven and its accessories. Our production and warehouse do not work around the clock and it will take time for us to appoint a person responsible for loading, unloading and displaying goods.
And so you decided to purchase a furnace from stock or you were notified that the ordered furnace is ready for shipment. In the navigator we fill in the Moscow region, the city of Noginsk, st. Garage house 4. It will lead you to an industrial area with a barrier, then you need to call your manager or the person who is waiting for you to meet you. Loading and placement of the furnace in your car is carried out by our forces. We send most of the ovens to various regions of Russia by the Delovye Linii shopping mall, as we work with them under a contract, and they are aware of the rules for transporting and packaging our ovens. The estimated cost of delivery given in the table is based on the cost of "Business Lines". If there is no TC "Business Lines" in your region, then we will calculate the cost in other transport companies, which will be preferable for you ("KIT", "Energy", "PEK", etc.). But we will no longer be able to give the same guarantee as in Business Lines.
If you would like to receive delivery outside of Russia or even outside the customs union of Russia (members of the customs union of Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus), in this case, our specialists will calculate the cost in various companies, but keep in mind that it will take about 10 working days, as many international transport companies do not allow you to calculate the estimated cost of delivery, but work on request.

If you are planning delivery of Delovye Linii shopping mall, then they have several options:
delivery to the terminal in your city (this is the cheapest and in this case you will need to come and pick up the stove yourself);
delivery to the entrance (as soon as the cargo arrives at the terminal, the operator of "Business Lines" will contact you and agree on the time and date of delivery, as a rule, delivery around the city costs them an average of 500-1500₽, excluding unloading).
delivery with a skid to the premises (it is best to notify the Business Lines operator in advance about such a service and clarify the cost of services).
It is important to remember that free storage of cargo at the TC terminal is limited and you should not delay picking it up. But even if such a misfortune happened, you should not worry about it. We insure all our cargoes and take care of all proceedings with the transport company and insurance companies. What is needed for this? Before you accept the cargo from the shopping mall and sign for its delivery, you need to disassemble the packaging (as a rule, if there is damage, then the packaging is already damaged and this can be seen immediately), inspect the cargo. If it has obvious defects from transportation damage (violation of packaging, furnace body, lining, electrical equipment, moisture ingress), in this case, you need to take the maximum number of photos of the cargo and inform the transport company that you will not pick up the damaged cargo. Next, you need to contact us in order to inform about the incident. If exactly the same oven is in stock, we will send you another oven within 2 days (we will cover the cost of inter-terminal delivery). If the stove was made to order, then within 2 weeks we will assemble a new one and send it to you (we will cover the cost of inter-terminal delivery). If the shipment was lost by TK, then we will also send you another one.

What safety rules must be observed when using a muffle furnace?

Security. Access to the oven should be limited to children and pets. The location of the oven near combustible/explosive materials is not allowed. But it is worthwhile to understand that the body of the furnace does not warm up much. At the maximum temperature values in the furnace chamber, the body temperature is heated up to no more than 80 degrees (ceramic fiber furnaces), 120 degrees (ShVPKh furnaces), 160 degrees (lightweight brick furnaces). These temperatures are reached in the upper part of the oven, while the bottom and legs of the oven are much less heated and most often 20 degrees above room temperature.
